A good USB HD TV tuner for a PC with a first class picture. However I've been completely unable to get this device to scan HD Freeview channels using PLEX DVR. It will only scan SD channels. This is unfortunate as I was hoping to use it for viewing live HD TV channels on my NVIDIA Shield TV.
